Delivery in Hong Kong

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 18 districts of Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Outlying Island addresses (including Discovery Bay, Tung Chung by arrangement, and the outlying islands) may carry a surcharge or be scheduled on specific days — the team will confirm before dispatch.

The delivery fee is calculated at checkout before payment. There is currently no minimum order value.

Order cut-off and delivery windows

Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday can usually be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on Saturday and Sunday, are scheduled for the next available delivery day. We will confirm your slot by email or WhatsApp.

• Morning: 10:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 18:00
• Evening: 18:00 – 21:00

Packing and cold chain

Live crab and lobster are packed in ventilated, dampened packaging. Live fish travel in oxygenated bags. Chilled seafood is packed in insulated boxes with food-grade gel packs. Oysters and sashimi-grade items are kept between 0°C and 4°C. Please refrigerate or cook chilled products promptly on arrival.

Receiving your order

Someone aged 18 or over should be available to receive the delivery. If nobody is available, our driver will try to call the number on the order. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional fee. Please check the contents at the door and tell the driver about any issue immediately.

Severe weather

When the Hong Kong Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning, deliveries may be suspended for safety. We will contact you to reschedule. Perishable orders already packed may be held in cold storage and delivered at the next safe opportunity.
