Payment Policy

Accepted payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be enabled at checkout where available on your device. Payment is taken in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

How payment works

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you pay, your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We receive only a transaction reference, status, card brand and the last four digits. We do not store or have access to your full card number or security code.

Your card issuer may ask you to complete 3-D Secure authentication (such as a one-time code) before the payment is approved.

Order authorisation

We may run routine fraud and address checks before dispatch. If a payment is flagged, we may contact you for verification or cancel the order and release any authorisation.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order will be confirmed. You can try another card or contact your bank. We do not control the reason a bank declines a transaction.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the original card through Stripe. Card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to post a refund. Delivery fees are refunded only when the whole order is affected by our error or cannot be fulfilled. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Security

This website uses HTTPS. Our checkout is designed to minimise the card data we handle. Never send full card details by email, WhatsApp or social media — we will never ask you to do so.

Demonstration mode

The current checkout is a demonstration of the payment experience. No real card is charged and card fields are not transmitted until the live Stripe integration is connected. Please do not enter real card details while the shop is in demonstration mode.
