1. About these terms

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details you provide are accurate and that someone aged 18 or over can receive the delivery.
3. Products and availability
All seafood is a natural product. Weight, size, colour and yield may vary. Live seafood availability depends on the market and season. Listings are updated regularly, but an item may become unavailable after you place an order. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a partial refund or cancellation of that item.
Photographs are for illustration. Placeholder or sample imagery may be used until the final product photography is published.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Delivery fees are added at checkout and are shown before payment. We try to keep prices and product information accurate; if an obvious pricing error is discovered before dispatch, we will contact you before proceeding.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order, usually by sending an order confirmation. We may decline an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, an address we cannot safely serve, or where required by law.
6. Payment

7. Delivery
Delivery is available within Hong Kong. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed times. Risk passes to you when the order is handed over at the delivery address or to someone at that address. Please inspect perishable goods on arrival and follow our Returns & Refunds Policy for any issue.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel before your order is packed. Once perishable goods are packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Where an order is cancelled after dispatch, we may charge the delivery cost and any loss caused by the cancellation.
9. Promotions
Promotions and discounts are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is accepted. Free-delivery thresholds are calculated on the product subtotal after discounts and before delivery fees.
10. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, photography and text are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission. Placeholder imagery remains subject to its original licence terms.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
