Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before ordering live seafood and crabs in Hong Kong.

Do you deliver across Hong Kong?

Yes. We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Outlying Island deliveries may be arranged on specific days or carry a surcharge; contact us first so we can confirm.

How fresh is the seafood?

Live seafood is sourced and packed close to dispatch. Chilled items are kept in the cold chain throughout delivery. Each product page shows whether an item is live, chilled or frozen and how to store it.

How is live crab packed?

Crabs are packed in ventilated, dampened containers to keep them cool and calm in transit. Do not place them in tap water. Keep them in the refrigerator, covered with a damp cloth, and cook within the time shown on the product page.

What if a crab or lobster arrives dead?

Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos or a short video and your order number. Do not cook or discard the item until we respond. Approved claims are replaced, credited or refunded.

When will my order arrive?

Orders before 2:00pm are usually scheduled for the next working day. You choose a delivery window at checkout and we confirm by email or WhatsApp. Delivery is Monday to Saturday, subject to weather.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is HK$80.00 and free for orders of HK$800.00 or more, calculated before payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay may appear where supported. We do not store full card details.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it is packed. Once live seafood has been packed for dispatch, changes may not be possible.

Do you cater for restaurants or corporate orders?

Yes — the shop is designed for both home cooks and professional kitchens. Use the contact form or WhatsApp us with your requirements and we will prepare a quotation.

What happens in a typhoon?

For safety, deliveries are suspended under Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning. We will contact you to reschedule at no extra delivery charge.
