鮮到 is a new Hong Kong live seafood and crab delivery business. The shop will work directly with wholesale markets, local fishing boats and trusted importers to bring consistent, traceable seafood to homes and kitchens across the city.
The name
鮮到 (sin dou) means “fresh has arrived.” It sounds almost exactly like 先到 — “to arrive first.” That small Hong Kong pun is also our promise: the freshest catch arrives first, and you taste it first.
Our approach
Hong Kong eats seafood with a level of discernment that few cities can match. A fish must be clear-eyed and firm. A crab must feel heavy for its size. A lobster should arrive lively. We buy in small, frequent batches rather than stacking inventory, and every order is packed to order.

Hairy crab arrives in the autumn. Spring brings tender shellfish and the first reef fish of the season. Winter is for claypot favourites and premium dried seafood for Lunar New Year gifting. The catalogue will follow the calendar, not a warehouse spreadsheet.
