Storage & handling
Keep live seafood cool and ventilated. Do not submerge live crab or lobster in tap water. Cook within the time advised by our team, usually within 24 hours of delivery. Chilled items should be refrigerated immediately.
Delivery
Cold-chain packed and delivered by our own Hong Kong team. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 2:00pm — we will confirm by WhatsApp. Delivery is available across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Choose a delivery window at checkout.
